Every item purchased through Fan's Arena can be returned for any reason within 30 days after receiving it. There are two exceptions to this policy:

1. Items damaged by the customer, such as but not limited to, worn or washed clothing; etc. that would render an item unsellable as a new item cannot be returned. If you received it damaged then we'll be happy to replace it.

2. Custom orders - no exceptions.
