The History of Fan's Arena  Al & Karen Locy organized Fan's Arena in 1983 in Pleasant Hill California looking to locate in the Willows Shopping Center. In those early years Fan's Arena concentrated on liscensed sports products for professional and college teams. We have always been a big believer in providing a diversity of products to be able to cater to the needs of all our customers. This led us to provide both Designer as well as the brand named products you see now. Fan's Arena has been very involved in the community especially in youth sports and Boy Scouts. Over a 7 year span beginning in 1992 the owners coached 32 different teams in Little League Baseball, CYO Basketball, and Youth Football. While coaching, Fan's Arena began to get into athletic uniforms for the teams. If you are sensing a sports theme in the early years, there is a reason. Al has been involved in sports his entire life including having played for the Houston Oilers. Houston Oiler Stats. Fan's Arena has had a long relationship with NASCAR Nextel (Winston) Cup and NASCAR Winston West. From 1988 to 1999 Al was a tire changer for many teams. Circle Track article on Al. Fans Arena is also enjoying sponsoring some NASCAR teams as well as professional bowler Chaz Callen In 2005 Fans Arena moved its office to Western Wisconsin and now enjoys getting involved in the La Crosse area community. We are a member of the LaCrosse Chamber of Commerce. Fans Arena is a sponsor of Riverfest and got involved with the La Crosse/Epinal France sister city products also the McGilvrey 7 Bridges 100th anniversary as well as other community endevours. Today, Fan's Arena’s office is in Onalaska Wisconsin and most of the production is still done in the Bay Area and is well entrenched as a provider of high quality embroidery, thermal print and silk screen/transfers on many types of products. fansarena.com went on the internet in 1995 with a very small web site. It has grown nicely over the years to account for 85% of our sales. We have created products for Individuals, School Uniforms, Sports Teams, TV Shows, TV Commercials, Day Care Centers, Weddings, Trucking and Construction Companies, as well as the Disney Information Station, Haliburton, and Sysco Systems. The list is endless..
