Fans Arena is not responsible for Manufacturer changes or defects. There are three exceptions to this policy:   1.  Items damaged by the customer, such as but not limited to, worn or washed clothing; etc. that would render an item unsellable as a new item cannot be returned. If you received it damaged then we'll be happy to replace it.   2. Custom orders (This includes embroidery and thermal printing) - no returns. (unless it was our fault Then we will replace it.)   3.  On the rare occasion you supply the items to be embellished, we are not resposible for damage or defect of that item. Here's the bottom line: We are very flexible and very easy to deal with. We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. The above jargon is required to protect us from a select few. Any orders cancelled or returned that are not due to product defect will have a 20-30% restocking charge. The charge is based on many factors including expenses already incured on the order like ordering and shipping products from manufacturers and credit card processing fees. In other words if we have incurred expenses on your order they will be passed on to you on all cancelled orders. Postage on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
